Sweet Potato, Egg, and Avo

Ingredients

1 Organic Sweet Potato

1 Organic Free Range Egg

1/2 Avocado

Pinch Salt and a Pepper

Generous Amount of Ceylon Cinnamonย 

Macro Balanced Breakfast

Directions

  1. Start cooking your sweet potato, just stick it in the over with holes in it for like 40-50 mins depending on the size. Or have one already made up from the day before and just remove from refrigerator ๐Ÿ˜‰
  2. Cook your Egg however you like with a little salt and pepper
  3. Smash your avocado and add a little salt and pepper
  4. When sweet potato is done remove from oven, mash up and top with cinnamon

Pretty easy, you can’t really mess up this recipe. And your getting all 3 macros, Egg = protein, Sweet Potato = Carb, and Avocado = Fat.

Plus the blood stabilizing abilities of cinnamon to make sure you don’t get a blood sugar spike from that starchy, carby sweet potato.
