Sardines and Greens…. Hey… that rhymes!!! It might sound good to your ears but maybe not good to your mouth. I know sardines, they make most people cringe, but I promise you they are yummy. Ingredients
1 Container wild planet sardines
1 Cup Carrot Greens
1/4 Cup Sliced Onions
1 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
1 Chopped Scallion
1 Minced Garlic Clove
5 Big Sprigs of Fresh Basil
Squeeze of a 1/4 lemon
Dash of Thyme and Rosemary
Pinch of Salt

Set oven to 350 degrees

Mix carrot greens with onions, ginger, garlic, salt, rosemary, thyme, fresh basil, and scallions in a bowl

Coat a medium sized glass baking pan with coconut oil

Place ingredients in bowl into pan and into the oven for about 15 mins or until carrot greens are slightly crunchy

Remove pan from oven and add sardines and lemon, cook for an additional 5 minutes and then your done! Enjoy!
